Silmen’s DIY Shop offers quality Stab Proof Body Armor Vest to customers who have needs of self-defense to protect them from knife attacks or other similar emergency situations.
The idea comes from a kind of traditional Manchu Style ancient military uniforms called Thirteen Taibao Vest. Thirteen Taibao Vest has a feature of 13 buttons, which makes it very easy to wear or remove. But as a Stab Proof Body Armor Vest, having 13 buttons is not necessary. I decided to improve its pattern and after a month of exploring, I made a nice vest pattern to cover anti-stab plates.
You may be confused why didn’t I use those common vest patterns. Yes, I do have the resources of those Stab Proof Body Armor Vests, matching the standard of GA 68-2024. But you can google news to know the latest 2024 exportation policies of CN. Some products and materials are banned…I can just sell items which are not against laws. So necessary changes of designs can not be avoided. So my personal design of Stab Proof Body Armor Vests finally look like military uniforms of Qing Dynasty.

- Front anti-stab plate: 4 of 0.15 mm alloy metal, 1 of 0.1 mm alloy metal and 1 of 5.5 mm foam board.
- Back anti-stab plate: 4 of 0.12 mm alloy metal and 4 of 0.06 mm alloy metal.
- Main body of the vest cover is 100% made of quality cotton, 16 ounce camvas.
