Delivery Cost Explanation
Your orders will be delivered by Royal Mail (2nd Class) or 4PX China. It depends on the locations of inventories (in Shanghai or Leeds).
All the delivery costs include DDP Service. It means that your order will be delivered to you directly. We’ll help to complete Customs Clearance process.
The prices of delivery cost vary, basing on the changes of these suppliers. I will monthly adjust these delivery costs to follow the latest policies.
You may be confused why some products need more delivery fees although they are not heavy items.
This is because when using the services of Royal Mail or 4PX China, parcel weight and parcel size are both considered.
Customers in the UK may have memory to the size ruler in post offices. Yes, sometimes light parcels may fail to meet the “cheap standard”. Once they can’t pass the ruler, the fees will increase to the next level.

About our leather products
We must apologize that we can’t guarantee that our leather products all look the same. Leather pieces are various because of their natures. Once we have consumed one hide, we will start using another one. So their colors and surfaces may have slight differences. These are not quality issues. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions
- I have the rights to cancel orders and refund to customers who live in countries that may have difficulties in delivering international parcels (under humanitarian crisis, under war risks, etc).
- Security products can not be sold to any countries which are in the “black list” of China.
